Brian J. Russo is a construction professional with nearly two decades of experience and a growing roster of clients in the industrial, telecommunications, health care, commercial/retail and nonprofit markets. As operations manager, Brian oversees the daily procedures associated with projects—including team management and coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors—to ensure successful completion. His considerable knowledge and expertise enables him to deliver exceptional service and top-notch solutions to clients.
Brian joined the team in 2011 as director of preconstruction, was promoted to operations manager in 2013 and vice president in 2016. He has held various positions within the construction industry, including the role of chief estimator at Elaine Construction, as well as past stints as a project engineer and cost estimator for MOCA Systems.
Brian is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators, co-chairman of Villa of Hope’s annual charity golf tournament and a former participant of Boston’s Future Leaders Program, a top professional platform for emerging business executives. He has also completed the AGC NYS Future Construction Leaders program designed to develop industry leaders and provide hands-on experience related to issues in managing a construction business. He attended Pennsylvania State University, earning a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned LEED® Accredited Professional accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Brian’s effective leadership and the continual attention to detail he places on each project is a testament to his unwavering commitment to the organization’s core values of safety, excellence and integrity.
