"LeChase deeply respects and continually aims to enhance the communities in which we all live and work in ways that go beyond the structures we build. We give our time and energy as volunteers for the causes we believe in while seeking ways to protect the environment for the next generation."
Renee M. Brown joined LeChase as vice president in 2015 following the firm’s acquisition of her Armonk, N.Y.-based construction company, C.W. Brown, Inc. Currently, Renee helps oversee operations at the Armonk office, a state-of-the-art building—conceptualized, developed and built under her leadership—that earned Westchester County’s first LEED-CI Platinum certification and also serves as a U.S. Green Building Council education center for sustainable building practices.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Renee has served as a featured lecturer on topics related to marketing, management and construction at Westchester Community College, New York Real Estate Institute and for Columbia University’s Facilities Construction Mentorship Program.
She is extremely active in the community and takes pride in being a good corporate citizen, giving back through her numerous board roles and charitable involvement. Renee’s affiliations include the Westchester Community College Foundation Board of Directors, the Business Council of Westchester Board of Directors, Tompkins Mahopac Bank Business Development Board of Directors and the Advisory Council for Hope’s Door—a nonprofit organization that helps empower victims of domestic violence. She is also an elected village trustee for the Village of West Hampton Dunes, is associated with Professional Women in Construction and Building Owners and Managers’ Association (BOMA) and has served on the board of the National Minority Business Council.
Renee attended the State University of New York at Oneonta and earned a Construction Project Management(CPM) certification from New York Real Estate Institute.
Renee’s tireless dedication and commitment to building strong relationships and communities serves to bolster LeChase’s long history of philanthropy and social responsibility.
