LeChase has a long history of constructing world-class research and development facilities for private and higher education clients.
This new 199,320 SF building is the University's new model for dry research facilities. The building has four floors above grade and a new full basement that house some mechanical systems. The majority of the new mechanical systems are housed in a mechanical penthouse on top of the building.
This project consisted of a 2,272 SF renovation of the basement level vivarium. The scope of the project included a new mechanical system, lighting, doors and an autoclave/cage wash sterilizer
This project consisted of the renovation of the Museum of the Earth building to make room for three new research labs.
