Ellicott Development’s 500 Pearl has received the Golden Brick – the top award in Buffalo’s 2020 Brick by Brick Awards. LeChase was construction manager for the mixed-use property, which held its grand opening in June 2019. The 12-story building includes a hotel, apartments, office space, retail, parking and other amenities.
Two other LeChase projects were category finalists in the competition: The University at Buffalo’s Murchie Family Fieldhouse, a finalist in the collegiate category; and Ellicott’s Symphony Circle Active Living, a finalist for multi-residential construction.
