First American Equipment Finance | Multi-phase office fit-out
Renovations to the First American Equipment Finance office building were done in four phases spread across several years. Each phase involved the demolition and renovation of a different area, creating a total of more than 20,000 SF of Class A office space that included both glass-walled and open offices. High-end finishes used in various areas included thin-line acoustical ceilings, specialty ceiling light panels, interior stone walls, 3form® specialty walls, reclaimed wood walls, leather-wrapped stainless-steel door pulls and granite floor tiles. Other improvements included a new server room with an FM-200 fire suppression system, data and security upgrades, HVAC system and temperature control upgrades and the addition of a kitchen and lounge area for staff use.
