LeChase was construction manager for three projects that have received 2022 Brick by Brick Awards in Buffalo.
- M&T Bank Tech Hub took the competition’s highest honor – the Golden Brick. The project created modern, collaborative workspace that occupies 330,000 SF on 13 floors in the Seneca One Tower in downtown Buffalo.
- Bent’s Opera House won in the Historic Restoration category. The 33,000-SF, Talis Equity development gave new life to a 150+-year-old facility that today houses a boutique hotel, restaurant and restored opera house/events space.
- Elmwood Crossing: The Pardee was honored in the Multi-Residential category. The 81,000-SF Ellicott Development property, on the site of the former Buffalo Women and Children’s Hospital, includes residential, retail and office space.
Given annually by Buffalo Business First magazine, the awards recognize best-in-class real estate, construction and development in Western New York.
