David (Dave) Hollander, Vice President of LeChase’s New York Capital Region, is responsible for driving business growth in the New York Capital region. In this role, he oversees local client, employee, and subcontractor relationships, manages daily operations, and ensures LeChase delivers services and projects that consistently meet or exceed client expectations.

With decades of experience spanning all phases of construction, Dave joined LeChase in 2022 through the acquisition of Albany-based Sano-Rubin Construction Services, LLC, where he served as president and was the fourth generation of the Rubin family to lead the company.

Dave holds an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in civil engineering from Union College. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region, The Albany Academy, the B’nai B’rith Foundation, the Associated General Contractors of New York State, and the Union College Civil and Environmental Engineering Advisory Board.

His past leadership roles include positions with Congregation Beth Emeth, the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home, and the Men Wear Pink breast cancer campaign. He has also contributed to workforce development initiatives with the East Greenbush Central School District and Hudson Valley Community College.
