Rochester, N.Y., August 30, 2023 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to welcome Bob Spain as a project manager, working for the firm’s Rochester operations.
In this role, Spain will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Spain has nine years of construction experience, working on projects in a variety of markets including commercial, industrial, medical, office, retail, automotive, higher education and K-12. He served in the United States Army – active and reserves – for more than 18 years and is an Iraq War Veteran. He continues to serve his community as a volunteer firefighter for the Chili Fire Department. Spain earned an A.S. in civil engineering technology from Hudson Valley Community College as well as a B.S. in civil engineering technology from RIT, and currently resides in Rochester.
