This project consisted of an extensive historic restoration to both the interior and exterior of the building built between 1922 and 1925. The exterior facelift involved replacing storefronts and windows, restoring stone and brick, and addressing damaged brickwork. Inside, the team fit out seven floors for commercial and residential needs, renovated elevators and reconfigured the basement for tenant parking. The building was also modernized with all-new HVAC, electrical, lighting, sprinkler, plumbing and fire alarm systems.
