LeChase recently hosted a Lean construction working session with our client and trade partners to strategize on the project schedule for the Greater Binghamton Airport Terminal Renovation project.
LeChase Project Executive Ken Osmun led the session with project team members Mike Berry, Kristi Haskell, Ben Stoddard and John Wingerter, as well as representatives from project partners Welliver and McFarland Johnson, and many of the project’s subcontractors. The session was a great introduction to Lean construction and kick-off for the project. The team focused on critical project milestones that support the sequence of work for the terminal.
