Durham, N.C., November 29, 2023 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to welcome Bret Smith as an assistant superintendent in the Southeast region.
In this role, Smith will work in conjunction with the superintendent and project manager in coordinating construction efforts, and is accountable for the management of project field forces, tradesmen, foremen, subcontractors/suppliers and the overall safety and quality of work.
Smith has 16 years of management experience, working with a variety of firms throughout the Triangle area. He earned a bachelor’s of applied science from Campbell University and is a certified home inspector. Bret currently resides in Durham.
