LeChase recently completed work at the Duke University Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center in Durham, NC.
The newly opened, two-story facility provides updated spaces for the men’s and women’s tennis teams including expanded locker rooms, an athletic/medicine space, coaches’ offices and other common areas. LeChase served as the construction manager – partnering with the New City Design Group – on the 5,692-SF addition and interior renovation project.
