Over the last few weeks, LeChase’s NY Capital Region team has attended multiple career fairs, trade fairs and school events, connecting with local students and sharing information about the construction industry.
On March 19 and 20, team members Scott Lawler, Mike Corey and Alex Veras spoke with groups of seventh-grade students at Saratoga Springs City School District. In collaboration with the Northeast Construction Trades Workforce Coalition, they shared insights into the various career opportunities in construction and the trades.
At Tamarac High School, Alex Veras and Jared Aubin represented LeChase at a trade fair. Alex also attended a career fair at Guilderland High School along with Kwasi Addo-Baffour. At both events, the team had the opportunity to connect with students interested in a career in construction or the trades, and to share information about LeChase.
