Barbra Lytle, a project executive in LeChase’s Charlotte region, recently completed the North Carolina Department of Labor’s (NCDOL) Carolina Star Program Special Star Team Member (SSTM) Training. Participants in the SSTM Program – a subset of the Carolina Star Program – work in partnership with Star Program staff to conduct comprehensive worksite safety and health evaluations of member organizations and share safety best practices.
After completing the initial training session in Greensboro on March 5-6, Barbara’s first assignment through the program was to participate in the recertification of Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation as a Carolina Star Company.
