On June 12, the LeChase NY Capital Region team helped celebrate the start of the Charlton School project at a groundbreaking ceremony. Vice President David Hollander attended the event along with project team members Eric Coburn, Sr., Erica McCarthy, Bianca Arias and Tom Springer.
“This project is transformative, and will have a huge impact on the lives of the young women the school serves,” noted Hollander. “We really love to build projects that make a difference in the community.”
LeChase is the construction manager on the project, which will make building, infrastructure and landscaping upgrades throughout the entire residential school campus. The scope of work involves new underground campus infrastructure, demolition of existing structures, construction of new dormitory buildings and maintenance facilities, as well as extensive landscaping and roadwork.
