Siena College | Patricia Gioia Hall
This project transformed Siena College’s historic Patricia Gioia Hall into a fully accessible welcome center and campus admissions building. An addition increased the building’s size to approximately 16,400-SF, providing a multifunctional gathering space for students and faculty. The updated space retains many of the building’s original traditional elements, seamlessly integrated with more modern design features.
A new 1,200-SF glass-enclosed event space offers open views into the college’s existing grotto. The scope also included additional exterior work such as sidewalks and landscaping, as well as an open-air brink structure that serves as the main entrance to the grotto.
