Colgate University | Olin Hall Addition and Renovation
This project added a 20,200-SF basement addition to Colgate University’s Olin Hall. The new space houses faculty offices and multiple collaboration areas. The scope also included 80,000 SF of gut renovations to the existing building. This involved upgrades to the mechanical, lighting, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems as well as updates to select laboratory, classroom and office spaces.
The project was designed to achieve LEED Silver® certification, focusing on minimum energy consumption and maximum maintenance efficiency.
