YMCA of Greater Rochester | Sands Family YMCA
The new 75,000-SF Sands Family YMCA in Canandaigua boasts a modern design that provides useful spaces for individuals of all ages and stages of life. Situated on a 13-acre site, the facility includes three exercise studios, multiple gymnasiums, an indoor walking track, two pools, an indoor splash playground and a sauna. An open wellness space is equipped free weights, cardio equipment and state-of-the-art machines.
The completed facility also features a creator’s space, a teaching kitchen, a turf field and an outdoor day camp space. Onsite medical services and a full-day licensed daycare center are also available to the facility’s members.
