On August 6, LeChase team members Adam Khalil and Melina Castaldo spoke with students participating in Camp Hard Hat at Homesteads for Hope in Rochester.
Students participating in Camp Hard Hat learn the fundamentals of construction, design and project safety by working on a community-based construction project. The program aims to inspire youth to pursue careers in construction or the trades.
Adam and Melina visited during lunch and spoke with the group about their roles at LeChase, other paths available in the construction industry and answered any questions the students had.
