Rochester, N.Y., September 9, 2024 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to welcome Colt Kramell as a project manager based in Rochester.
In this role, Kramell will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Kramell has more than 10 years of management experience, working with a variety of firms across the U.S. prior to joining LeChase. Most recently, he served as the vice president of real estate for a prominent luxury hospitality and resort developer.
