LeChase promotes Laura Sapienza to assistant project manager

Rochester, N.Y., September 20, 2024 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Laura Sapienza to assistant project manager, based in Rochester.

In this role, Sapienza will help manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.

Sapienza joined LeChase as a project engineer in 2022 after previously going through the company’s summer internship program. She has since worked on many prominent projects with LeChase, including the National Women’s Hall of Fame historical renovation, the Strong National Museum of Play expansion and construction of the new Rochester Regional Health Geneva Medical Campus. Sapienza earned a B.S. in financial economics from Binghamton University and is currently serving as a co-chair of the Villa of Hope’s Young Professionals Board. She resides in East Irondequoit.
