Participants in LeChase’s 2024 field excellence program recently completed their second session at the JB Duke Hotel in Durham, NC. The two-day session focused on pre-job planning and project management and featured a popsicle-stick bridge building activity.
The program kicked off last month with a group of 24 project managers and superintendents from many different regions. The next session will be held in October.
