This project features the complete modernization of the top five floors of the Seneca One Tower, transforming them into efficient and comfortable workspaces for Highmark Health. The renovation included new flooring and furniture, office partitions, updated walls, and advanced HVAC, electrical, fire protection and sprinkler systems. Work enhanced both functionality and comfort by optimizing the interior layout and systems to support Highmark Health’s operations with a modernized, efficient environment.
