This project involves the construction of a new, 745,000-SF milk processing plant for Fairlife. The completed facility will include a processing area, warehouse space and various buildings for support services.

LeChase is self-performing the concrete footer and foundations, as well as all necessary slabs-on-grade for the facility. The scope of work also includes concrete slabs for a 10,000-SF adjacent wastewater treatment plant and multiple exterior tank slabs, which range from 36 to 56 feet in diameter.
