Durham, N.C., September 21, 2017 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Duran Davis as a senior preconstruction manager in its Durham office.
In this role, Davis will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction phase. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Davis has more than 17 years of construction industry experience, much of it in estimating, preconstruction and project management for various health care and higher education projects in Virginia and North Carolina.
He attended the University of Wisconsin, after having served four years as an aircraft mechanic and crew chief in the U.S. Air Force. He joined the Triangle Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) trade association in 1999, and has served as vice chairman, chairman, past chairman and former member of the group’s government affairs committee. Davis has also been a volunteer for the Wounded Warriors surf camp in Virginia Beach, Va.
He currently resides in Raleigh, N.C., with his wife and their two boys.
