Rochester, N.Y., January 9, 2025 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Alex Kramell to director of field operations, based in Rochester.
In this role, Kramell is responsible for field operations in LeChase’s Rochester, Central New York and Buffalo regions with accountability for projects’ budgets, safety and schedules. He also oversees all self-perform work in assigned regions.
Kramell joined LeChase as a carpenter apprentice in 2010, working through various project leadership roles before being promoted to his current role. He has worked on a number of prominent projects with LeChase, including the Rochester Regional Health Sands-Constellation Center for Critical Care, Nazareth University Kearny and Lourdes Halls, and the Fairlife dairy processing plant, which is currently under construction in Webster, N.Y. Kramell has completed the OSHA 10- and 30-Hour trainings, is First Aid and CPR certified and earned LEED AP® certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
