On January 13, LeChase Director of DEI and Supplier Diversity Stephanie Pennington received an IDEA award from Buffalo Business First.
The annual IDEA (Inclusion Diversity Equity Awareness) awards recognize individuals who champion diversity and inclusion in their workplaces and the Buffalo community. Stephanie was among 20 recipients at this year’s event. Colleagues from LeChase’s Buffalo and Rochester offices were on hand to help Stephanie celebrate this honor.
