On March 27, LeChase Project Executive Ken Osmun presented at the 2025 New York State Green Building Conference.
His presentation outlined the requirements for earning WELL Certification, using the Durham Public Schools Murray-Massenburg Elementary School project as a case study. Ken highlighted the features and finishes that have the school on track to be the first WELL-certified elementary school in North Carolina.
