In May, for the first time, LeChase held a companywide event to welcome its summer interns. Of the 25 interns scheduled to work across the company this summer, 16 were able to attend the event live in Rochester, four attended in person with the North Carolina leadership team and others linked in via broadcast. Those who had not yet started will receive regional welcomes when coming on board. 
Thanks to the planning team, the presenters and attendees for their support in making the intern welcome event a success. Additional activities and an end-of-summer “graduation” event are also planned.
About this summer’s interns…
- Four are returning from last summer; several others started in January or earlier.
- Most attend school in New York and North Carolina, but colleges in Michigan, Ohio, Rhode Island, Virginia and West Virginia are also represented.
- RIT, Alfred State and Syracuse University are tied for most interns with three apiece.
