CORNING, N.Y., November 7, 2018 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Christopher Morelli to chief estimator in the Corning office.
In his new role, Morelli will support preconstruction efforts for projects in the Southern Tier, and lead efforts to develop estimates and budgets for both hard-bid and negotiated work.
Morelli, who started his construction career in 1996, has worked in estimating and project management – gaining extensive experience in all phases of building construction. Since joining LeChase as an estimator in 2012, he has worked on a variety of projects, most notably in the education, industrial, health, and commercial sectors.
He holds an A.A.S. degree in architectural and mechanical design from Lincoln Technical Institute, and has LEED AP® (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council. He currently lives in Horseheads, N.Y.
