LeChase kicked-off the first Superintendent Excellence Program on April 29. Hosted by our Durham office at the JB Duke Hotel, the initial two-day session brought together 23 superintendents from nine LeChase offices across New York and the Southeast.
Designed by LeChase senior superintendents and early career superintendents in collaboration with industry partner FMI; the program centers on building leadership capability, construction acumen and peer relationships. Content blends classroom instruction with a heavy emphasis on hands-on activities and class participation. FMI facilities the sessions along with LeChase subject matter experts.
The Rochester office will host upcoming sessions of the six-month program, which will conclude with a two-day event in Durham in September.
