Vice President David (Dave) Hollander is responsible for growing LeChase’s business within the New York Capital Region. In his role, he manages local client, employee and subcontractor relationships, oversees daily operations and works to ensure LeChase delivers services and projects that meet or exceed client expectations. David, who has decades of experience in all phases of construction, joined LeChase in 2022 as part of the acquisition of Albany-based Sano-Rubin Construction Services, LLC.  There, he served as president and was the 4th generation of the Rubin family to lead the company. He has an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as a B.S. in civil engineering from Union College. David is currently active on the boards of the Capital District YMCA, Workforce Advisory Council and American Cancer Society.
