On April 25, the Tri-State office hosted the International Facility Management Association’s monthly meeting.
The IFMA Westchester-Putnam Valley Chapter, a group dedicated to the promotion and development of the facility management profession, partnered with The Business Council of Westchester’s Green Business Partnership team for this after-work networking and education event. During the event, LeChase Project Manager and LEED AP® Erika Conradt gave attendees a tour of Armonk’s “green” facility. The office received LEED Platinum and GBP certification in 2011, which at that time was the first platinum certification in New York State to be awarded outside of New York City.
Many Tri-State clients, architects and suppliers including PepsiCo, FujiFilm, and Dennis Noskin Architects were at the meeting.
