The Buffalo Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) named the M&T Bank Tech Hub its 2021 Project of the Year. LeChase managed construction of the fit out, which occupies 330,000 SF on 13 floors in the Seneca One Tower in downtown Buffalo. M&T unveiled the new Tech Hub in April.
BOMA presented its awards at a November 18 luncheon.
