LeChase team members in Buffalo were up before dawn last week pouring concrete at 4 a.m. for one of the decks in the eight-story parking structure they are building at the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. The early start helps minimize impact to traffic, and also keeps sun and heat from making the concrete set up too fast. Several levels of the $44 million ramp are expected to open this fall.
