On March 21, LeChase’s Buffalo team participated in a Construction Exchange of Buffalo and WNY trade fair at The Boys and Girls Club of Holland. The event aimed to introduce local students to careers in the trades through demonstrations and participation from local businesses.
LeChase Regional Safety Manager Nicole Rua demonstrated proper harness usage, explained the function of a soil penetrometer using playdough, and showed attendees a four-air monitor. Rua, along with Project Manager John Gianadda and Superintendent Tony Kozlowski, was able to connect with students and share what a future career in the construction industry could look like.
