On November 30, the Conifer-LeChase (CLC) team in Maryland hosted a job fair for of the Park Heights neighborhood in Baltimore. This event was held at Park Heights Renaissance, one of Conifer Realty’s non-profit partner facilities, in support of the Cold Spring Lane project.
The job fair had a great local turnout and CLC accepted over 45 local applicants for potential job opportunities over the next two years. This event was a joint effort between CLC, Park Heights Renaissance and the Maryland Housing Authority. Representatives from the Mayor’s office were also in attendance.
This new four-story, Cold Spring Lane structure will include 165 family housing units and amenity space and is currently under construction.
