With every project we undertake, no matter the scale, we place a core focus on protecting people and the environment, promoting local economic development and partnering with communities. LeChase’s commitment to the community on a global, national, regional and local level is a key element of our corporate ethics and philosophy. As builders, we feel a strong sense of responsibility to demonstrate leadership by delivering projects that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, optimize energy efficiency, provide creative use and reuse of resources and seek to protect and enhance the environment.
As an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council®, LeChase is well-versed in the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification process, a green building rating system based on credits. LeChase is also a participant of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) ENERGY STAR® Partner Program, is a certified Green Business through the Green Business Partnership in New York and actively works with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).
LeChase stays current on standards and trends and has many staff members with LEED AP® certification. At LeChase, we feel strongly that the process of delivering world-class sustainable building starts early in the design phase and continues through construction of the project.
