After delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, construction is starting up this month on a vertical expansion project at Highland Hospital in Rochester. LeChase is CM-at-risk on the project, which will add four floors – three for patient rooms and one for clinical programs – plus a mechanical penthouse. Given the revised timeline, the project should be completed in spring 2023.
