On Monday August 21, employees at the Durham office and surrounding jobsites took a few minutes away from work to enjoy the solar eclipse. With safety first in mind, the team was able to secure ISO-approved glasses to distribute to the office and jobsite employees. Some projects took the extra safety measure of shutting down during the peak hours of the eclipse as predicted by NASA and astrologists. Many found it a welcome break to enjoy the rare beauty of the eclipse with their co-workers while others… well, they just had fun with their new solar eclipse glasses.
