It was great to get together with our subcontractor partners to celebrate the completion of Phase I of our 12 Davis Drive project in the Research Triangle Park. Working nights and weekends, this team was able to get the certificate of occupancy and turn the project over three weeks ahead of the projected schedule – allowing the client to get their team back in the office now that local COVID-19 restrictions have relaxed. Thanks to the project team, led by Project Manager Foster Smith and Superintendent Kevin Smith, for treating everyone to lunch.
