The Elmwood EduKids Early Childhood Center won top honors among retail projects at Buffalo’s 2021 Brick by Brick Awards.

The facility is part of Ellicott Development’s larger Elmwood Crossing project in the city’s Elmwood Village neighborhood. LeChase was CM-at-Risk for the EduKids center. The project covered renovation of an existing two-story building as well as construction of a 5,500-SF addition. It was completed in late 2020.
