The first section of wood framing has been completed at the Erwin Terrace project in Durham. The team celebrated this milestone with their trade partners by serving BBQ and sweet tea. This first section is now becoming water-tight and receiving Tyvek wrap, windows and roofing.
The five-story 156-unit residential building, being constructed above a 76,402-SF cast-in-place parking deck, is scheduled to be completed in fall 2023.
