LeChase’s Preconstruction and Estimating teams from all regions recently came together for a two-day retreat at the Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for team members to connect, collaborate and share insights. Discussions focused on the latest departmentwide software updates, upcoming training and development opportunities, and ongoing projects in each region. The group also got to take a tour of the nearby Mohawk Harbor Event Center project.
