A ribbon cutting was recently held to celebrate completion of Park Square apartments – a facility offering 326 affordable housing units in downtown Rochester.
Conifer-LeChase (CLC) was general contractor for the project, which involved renovation of the former Southeast Towers near Manhattan Square. The facility remained occupied during renovations, with work done in phases over a three-year period to accommodate residents. The scope also included demolition of an existing garage and 40-unit building, with construction of new offices as well as a fitness center and laundry facilities for residents. LeChase self-perform crews assisted on the project, completing concrete work on retaining walls and sidewalks.
