Groundbreaking celebrates start of latest upgrades at Rochester airport

LeChase joined in a June 28 groundbreaking to celebrate the start of renovations at the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport. Executive Vice President and COO Kyle Sayers attended the event along with members of the project team.

LeChase has completed a variety of modernization projects at Airport over the years and is serving as the construction manager on the current phase of updates. The project scope includes enhancements to the entryway, ticketing and baggage claim areas, new signage, HVAC system upgrades, renovations to the freight building and baggage belt, elevator upgrades, the replacement of four jet bridges and a new parking guidance system. The front canopy will also be expanded.
