LeChase joined Graycliff Conservancy at a November 12 groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of the new visitor center project. LeChase Regional Operations Manager Chris Kulik attended the event with Project Manager Joe Akel and Superintendent Andrew Rankie.
LeChase is serving as the general contractor on the project, which will enhance and expand the existing visitor center while maintaining the historic integrity of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Graycliff. The new structure will feature many architectural elements including decorative cast-in-place concrete walls, full-height curtain walls, polished concrete flooring, natural woodwork and an inverted living roof system.
