At a groundbreaking ceremony on December 16, LeChase joined local community leaders to celebrate the start of the Albany West Community Center project. LeChase Vice President Dave Hollander attended the event alongside members of the project team.
LeChase’s NY Capital Region office is serving as the Agency CM on the project, which will transform the existing space into a new community center with meeting spaces, fitness facilities, an outdoor pool and other recreation areas. The center is expected to open by early 2026.
