On August 30, LeChase helped kick off a $10.5 million fire station project for Stanford Heights Fire District. The new 17,000-SF, two-story station is being beside the existing fire station. The fire district covers approximately seven square miles in both the Town of Niskayuna in Schenectady County and the Town of Colonie in Albany County. It borders the towns of Rotterdam and Guilderland as well as the City of Schenectady. LeChase is serving as the general contractor for the project. Construction is expected to be completed in fall 2024.
