On October 16, the Halfmoon-Waterford Fire District held a dedication and open house for their new fire station. LeChase was general contractor for the project, which broke ground in late 2020.
The team started by constructing a temporary firehouse. They then demolished the existing facility to build the new 18,000-SF firehouse in its space. The new station incorporates an indoor training area and has room to accommodate the department’s larger fire trucks. The temporary firehouse will now be used as a pavilion.
